We would like to bring to your attention, an opportunity to pursue your DTI 5902 Industry Internship Project with me over the course of Spring/Summer 2023. The project will pertain to helping our industry partner startup organization – GRID (Geo-Registry Integrated Datachain) perform a stakeholder analysis, formulate risk analysis framework, and formalize a business value proposition for its technology solution.

Please review the information below. If you are interested or have any questions, please email: umar.ruhi@uottawa.ca

About the Industry Partner: GRID has developed a patent pending decentralized real estate registry and monitoring system that efficiently connects all stakeholders in a property on one platform and effectively manages these symbiotic relationships seamlessly. Using blockchain technology, GRID will be the authenticated single source of truth for all real estate assets, with the most complete history of a property, managed by a dynamic workflow engine, generating an immutable timeline of events, and compiling well-organized supporting documents. Every property stakeholder will have access to their complete property records in real-time! GRID’s workflows and shared data will improve efficiencies, mitigate risk, establish trust and transparency, foster accountability, reduce red tape, reduce socio-economic barriers to market access, and encourage better stewardship of property. You can learn more about GRID through its website: https://grid.estate/ AND this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phcXbTUjzOU
