Tansie Hellen Lebene

Hellen Lebene Tansie is a PhD candidate in Digital Transformation and Innovation at the University of Ottawa. With a diverse background spanning Project Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain, and Office Administration, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her research and teaching. Her doctoral studies focus on stakeholder engagement in digital transformation projects, complex project management, human resource management, and supply chain management, aiming to advance insights into the digitalization of organizational processes.

In addition to her educational experience, Hellen has worked as an Asia-Africa Market Research Analyst, where she conducted market intelligence and industry analysis to support business decision-making across international markets. She has also gained experience in logistics and procurement, coordinating supply chain operations, vendor relations, and procurement processes to improve organizational efficiency. Furthermore, as a Human Resources professional, she has led recruitment initiatives, managed hiring and onboarding processes, and delivered employee training programs that supported workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
